class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Keling, tomir kasalliklari qanday rivojlanishini aniqlaylik: odatda yurish va yugurish paytida mushaklardagi tomirlar nasos vazifasini bajaradi: bo'shashgan mushaklar bilan oyoq va oyoq tomirlarida qon bosimi pasayadi, mushaklarning qisqarishi paytida qon  yurak tomon tomirlar orqali chiqariladi. Venoz klapanlar esa qonning teskari oqimini oldini oladi. Agar klapanlar shikastlangan bo'lsa va tomirning bo'shlig'ini to'liq to'sib qo'ymasa, qon pastki oyoq tomirlarida to'planadi. Asta-sekin tomirlar kengayib, buralib qoladi. Varikoz tomirlari ko'pincha yoqimsiz hislar bilan birga keladi: shish, og'riq, oyoqlarda og'irlik hissi, charchoq.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-edef7e5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"edef7e5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Varikoz belgilari (og'irlik hissi, charchoq, oyoqlarda to'liqlik, kun oxirida kuchayib borayotgan og'riq, shish) bo'lganlarning ko'pchiligi venoz etishmovchilik va sport faoliyati \u2013 bir-biriga mos kelmaydigan tushunchalar deb hisoblashadi. Bu noto'g'ri fikr!<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fd76b80 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"fd76b80\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Flebologlar tavsiya qiladilar**:\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9daac31 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9daac31\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ol><li>Muayyan sport turlari bo'yicha o'rtacha jismoniy mashqlar varikoz tomirlarining noqulayligini kamaytirishga yordam beradi. Masalan: poygada yurish, past intensivlikdagi yugurish, aerobika va gimnastika, velosiped yoki elliptik mashqlar, suzish, yoga yoki Pilates.<\/li><li>Uzoq muddatli statik turishlardan, katta og'irliklarni ko'tarishdan saqlaning. Oyoqlarda kuch mashqlari eng yaxshi o'tirgan yoki yotgan holda amalga oshiriladi. Mushak \"nasosi\" biz tik turgan holatda mashq qilganda, yurganimizda, yugurganimizda ishlaydi.<\/li><li>Maxsus compression golfi yoki paypoqlar kiying, ular tomirlarning ohangini saqlashga yordam beradi, asosiysi to'g'ri o'lcham va kerakli siqishni darajasini tanlashdir.<\/li><li>Mashqdan so'ng, besh daqiqa davomida oyoqlarni tepaga ko`tarib yoting, ushbu mashqni har kuni, ishdan keyin yoki uzoq vaqt oyoqqa turgandan keyin bajaring. Bu venalarda qon chiqishni yaxshilaydi, ya'ni tomirlardagi yukni va shishishni kamaytiradi.<\/li><li>Flebologga o'z vaqtida maslahatga boring<\/li><li>Venotoniklarni iching.
